Indeed FutureWorks has evolved into a flagship annual event series, bringing together talent leaders across Europe to shape the evolving future of employment. This year, FW25 toured four major hubs—Paris, London, Benelux (Hilversum), and Berlin—engaging local audiences through regional insights, workshops, and creative activations alongside global thought leadership.

We crafted immersive event environments tailored to each city’s cultural and professional landscape:

Paris: Interactive installations spotlighted labour market stats, including regional unemployment trends and talent mobility.

London: Hosted at the iconic Roundhouse, sessions explored AI in hiring, leadership gaps, and workplace wellbeing. Panoramic venue projections highlighted real-time UK hiring trends and benefits data.

Benelux: Dual-language programming focused on Dutch market insights and the future of hybrid work.

Berlin: Explored Germany’s leadership in generative AI and evolving workplace values.
Each location featured branded digital activations, factboards, real-time feedback walls ("Manifesting Better Work"), and region-specific panels to spark dialogue and deeper reflection.

Expanded Reach: Growing from a single-location event to a four-city tour, FW25 significantly broadened its audience and regional influence. Deeper Engagement: Attendees engaged with hands-on installations, downloaded Indeed’s annual report, and explored AI-powered hiring tools. Thought Leadership: FutureWorks solidified its role as a premier platform for employment insights, featuring experts from the Indeed Hiring Lab and local industry leaders.
